We all have times in our lives when things don’t go how we’d like. Maybe you haven’t been feeling well… maybe you’ve been so busy taking care of others that you’ve neglected your own self-care… maybe an important relationship has come to an end… maybe you’ve lost your job… or maybe you’re simply not feeling as productive as you’d like to be. Whatever the situation, each new day presents an opportunity to turn things around. And that’s what I was doing when I painted this piece… getting “Back On Track” by committing to spend more time in my studio creating new art.
